Yunu, Inc.

Yunu, Inc. helps TIMC conduct clinical trial tumor imaging assessments in a more efficient and compliant manner. Yunu, Inc. is a cloud-hosted clinical trials imaging assessment and informatics platform that has been shown to significantly reduce assessment errors and provides flexibility to address evolving workflows and data reporting requirements.

Open Health Imaging Foundation (OHIF)

The OHIF Viewer is an extensible platform developed to address the demand for open-source web-based imaging applications. The platform can be modified to support site-specific workflows and accommodate evolving research requirements. The Yunu web-viewer is built upon the OHIF framework.

Lymph Node Quantification (LNQ)

LNQ is an academic-industry partnership between Brigham and Women's Hospital, Massachusetts General Hospital, Isomics, Inc., and Yunu, Inc. The project brings together a world-class team uniquely qualified to translate groundbreaking artificial intelligence (AI) technologies from research prototypes into robust and validated tools to semi-automatically assess lymph nodes in cancer clinical trials.

Crowds Cure Cancer (CCC)

CCC is a partnership of five NCI Informatics Technology for Cancer Research (ITCR) groups to develop an open-source, web-based crowdsourcing application for gathering lesion annotations on imaging studies collected by The Cancer Imaging Archive (TCIA). The application was featured at Radiological Society of North American (RNSA) from 2017-2019.
